Hello to everyone and welcome to the Weston Hit and Miss Trap club website.

 

As president of your club, I will do my best to make all of your shooting experiences the best that they can be. With over 180 members, not every one is not out to be a competitive shooter. If you want to just have fun or want to compete, we have a program for everyone. We offer an introduction to trap program that is open to anyone who might be interested in learning the basics of trap. This is a free six week program starting in June. For anyone under 18, we offer a youth program that is second to none. Our youth program is part of the ATA's Academics, Integrity and Marksmanship Program or AIM. The AIM program is open to any youth that is interested in competitive shooting. Our youth take part in the AIM state shoot and also take part in the AIM Grand American, in Sparta IL. Weston’s youth shooters are very competitive and are becoming known for being the ones to beat at all shoots. We have leagues for any shooter. All of our leagues are handicapped so any shooter can compete against anyone. Leagues are 5 man teams. If you want to be on a team, you can put one together or we can find one for you. League scores can be shot any night we are open. Our club is open on Wed .and Thurs. evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, also Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. If you are interested in becoming a member of our club you can contact any board member or just stop out and give us a try.

 

For the competitive shooter, we offer a second to none ATA program. We also belong to and host CWTA shoots.
